Privacy

What we hold

• Your account: name, work email, organisation.
• What you buy: item descriptions, specifications, volumes and the prices you tell us.
• Quotes you receive, and the messages you forward to us.
• Read-only accounting data, where you connect it, to find recurring purchases.

What is shared, and what is not

The supplier base is shared across customers. Which companies exist, what categories they serve, and whether they tend to reply is common information that makes the product work for everyone. Your prices are never part of that.

Category benchmarks are aggregates across customers, and are only produced once at least five closed rounds exist in a category, so no single customer's pricing can be inferred from them.

We do not sell data, and we do not share your prices with any supplier or customer.

Suppliers

We hold business contact details for suppliers — company, role, work email. A supplier can ask to be removed and that is honoured immediately across every customer.

Your rights

You can export what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask at [email protected] and a person will answer.

Retention

Accounting data pulled for matching is discarded after 30 days. Rounds and quotes are kept while your account is open, because their value is the history.
