What we do
CostSpring monitors prices you tell us about, alerts you when something is worth acting on, suggests suppliers, and drafts enquiries for you to send. It does not send on your behalf and it cannot agree anything with a supplier.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a saving. We tell you what the arithmetic says at a given price; whether the market supports it is not ours to guarantee. Index figures are published data, cited with their source, and are not a valuation.
Your responsibilities
You read every draft before you send it, and every contract you enter is between you and your supplier. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices and volumes you give us.
Billing
Monthly or annual, cancel at any time, no notice period. If a round finds nothing better than you already have, that round is not counted against your allowance.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like and take your data with you. If you stop paying, monitoring pauses and nothing is deleted; any round already live runs to completion.
